The Alchemist Welcomes YouWCBブルワリー見学ツアーのご案内
ホテル真向かいにあるWCBでは、週末（土曜・日曜）のみ醸造所の見学ツアーを開催しています。ご希望のお客様は、下記の「RESERVE NOW」よりご予約ください。
こちらはご宿泊者以外の方も、ご参加いただけます。
Brewery tours are held only on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at WCB, located directly across from the hotel. If you would like to join, please make a reservation using the “RESERVE NOW” link below.
These tours are open to non-hotel guests as well.

受付は「The Villa & Barrel Lounge」にて行います。
当日は11:30より受付開始となりますので、
ご到着後、スタッフまでお声がけください。
※ツアー開始前にオリエンテーションを行うため、
お時間に余裕をもってお越しください。

イントロダクションTaproom Intro受付後、タップルームにて約15分のオリエンテーションを行います。WCBの始まりやこれまでの歩み、そしてビール造りの基本をスタッフが分かりやすくご紹介。原料や工程のポイントを事前に知ることで、この後の見学をより楽しく、さらに深く体験していただけます。
After check-in, we’ll begin with a 15-minute orientation in the taproom. Our staff will introduce you to WCB, tell you a bit about our journey so far, and the basics of how our beer is made. Learning about the ingredients and brewing process in advance will help you enjoy the tour with a deeper understanding.

麦汁づくりBrewing Process
“モルト（麦芽）”はビールの味わいや色合いを形づくる、重要な原料のひとつ。ツアーではモルトのサンプルを実際に手に取りながら、色や香ばしさの違いを体感し、スタイルごとの役割を学んでいただきます。そして、ここからビールの個性を育てる工程が始まります。運が良ければ、仕込み作業の様子を覗けるかも……？
“Malt (barley)” is one of the key ingredients that shapes a beer’s flavor and color. During the tour, you’ll have the chance to handle samples of different malts, experiencing firsthand their variations in color and aroma while learning about their roles in different beer styles. This is where the process of creating each beer’s unique character begins. And if you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the brewing process in action…

ホップの世界The World of Hops
モルトの次は、ビールのキャラクターを生み出す主役、“ホップ”の魅力に迫りましょう。ホップのサンプルや実際に使用した袋に触れながら、柑橘やトロピカル、ハーブのような多彩なアロマを香り比べ。品種や組み合わせによって変わるビールの表情を、楽しみながら知ることができます。WCBの美味しいビールの秘訣はここにあります。
After malt, let’s dive into the star ingredient that gives beer its distinctive character: hops. During the tour, you’ll explore hop samples and even handle the actual bags used in brewing, comparing a wide range of aromas—from citrus and tropical fruit to herbal notes. You’ll discover how different varieties and combinations can transform a beer’s profile, all while enjoying the experience. This is where the secret behind WCB’s delicious beers comes to life.

タップルームで乾杯！Taste Testing!
ツアーの最後には、参加者の皆さまにフレッシュなタップビールを一杯プレゼントいたします（ドライバーの方には缶ビールをお渡しします）。仕込みや原料の話を聞いたあとに味わう一杯は、きっといつもとは少し違うはず。香りや味わいの違いを感じながら、WCBのビールをゆっくりお楽しみください。そして最後には、参加者限定ステッカーのプレゼントも！
At the end of the tour, each participant will receive a complimentary glass of fresh tap beer (drivers will be offered a canned beer instead). After learning about the ingredients and brewing process, that first sip will surely taste a little different than usual. Take your time to enjoy WCB’s beers while noticing the nuances in aroma and flavor. And to wrap things up, you’ll also receive an exclusive sticker, available only to tour participants!

A.本ツアーは実際のビール醸造所内をご案内するため、また、安全確保の観点から、乳幼児やお子さま連れの方や20歳未満の方の参加ができません。あらかじめご了承ください。This tour takes place inside an active brewery, and for safety reasons guests under the age of 20, as well as those accompanied by infants or children, are not permitted to participate. Thank you for your understanding.
A.もちろん参加可能です。お車でお越しの際は向かいにある「用宗みなと温泉」無料駐車場をご利用ください。Yes, drivers are welcome to join. If you come by car, please use the free parking lot at “Mochimune Minato Onsen,” located across the street.
A.本ツアー終了後にビールを提供させていただきます。公共交通機関やタクシーでのご来館をおすすめいたします。Beer will be served after the tour. We recommend visiting by public transportation or taxi.

i.本ツアーは雨天決行いたします。The tour will be held even in rainy weather.
i.歩きやすい服装、履物でお越しください。Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
i.醸造所内は段差や、格子状の床がございます。事故防止のため、ハイヒール・サンダルでのご参加はお控えください。Inside the brewery, there are steps and grated flooring. For safety reasons, please refrain from wearing high heels or sandals.
i.事故防止や安全確保のため、見学ツアー中は必ずスタッフの指示に従ってください。To prevent accidents and ensure safety, all participants must follow staff instructions throughout the tour.
