ホテル館内の1階には、全16タップ・常時10液種前後が繋がるWCBの直営タップルームを併設。向かいの醸造所で出来たフレッシュなクラフトビールを提供いたします。もちろん店内で飲めるだけでなく、缶の持ち帰り販売やグラウラー等の容器をご持参いただければ、量り売りも可能です。タップルームは、宿泊者以外の方のご利用も大歓迎です。
It’s good when its super fresh. The new and improved taproom features up to 16 varieties of WCB on tap in addition to bottles and cans to go. Growler fills available as well for beach and bbq excursions on the coast (def do try those btw).

アメリカ本場のローカルメニューを用宗で。モーニングでは数種類から選べる「チキン&ワッフル」、ランチには肉の旨みを凝縮させたソースにサンドを浸し食す「フレンチディップ」を。昼間からWCBのビールと合わせれば至福の極み……！スタッフが丁寧に淹れるコーヒーも終日ご用意しています。また、ディナータイムにはWCB自慢のTex-Mexを中心としたメキシカンフードを提供。最高のペアリングと共に楽しい時間をお過ごしください。

The biggest change with our new taproom is the addition of early hour opening (beer at 7am! Yes!) as well as a breakfast menu featuring chicken & waffles, lunch menu with sandwiches and French Dips(!), and dinner with our signature tacos to compliment your brews. Hand-drip coffee is also available, and you don’t need to be a hotel guest to come in and have a good time.
*Unlike the old taproom, outside food is not allowed (unless otherwise specified).
